We Have No Reports of an Outage in Your Area, Sir.

One unfortunate thing about My Valley is the internet service provided by Time Warner Cable.    I recently had an outage.  After about an hour with support telling me there was no outage in my area, I went outside while on hold to see these workmen on my street.   They told me there was an outage reported hours ago and they were fixing it.  I put them on the phone with support so they could  be informed there was no outage and move on.    Comedy ensued.
